CEO Kelly Ortberg has a four-point plan to improve Boeing. Ending the strike is a start, but analysts say it will take time to ramp up production.

The Federal Aviation Administration said on Thursday it will boost its oversight of Boeing as the planemaker prepares to resume production of its 737 MAX jets following a 53-day strike that ended earlier this week.

After striking for almost two months, workers will return to factory floors in the Pacific Northwest, but must ensure safety procedures are followed as it begins building 737 jetliners.
