An Amazon engineer left in the midst of the company forcing employees to go back to the office. He was four hours away and didn't want to relocate. He doesn't think he will be alone.

Amazon.com will require employees to return to working at company offices five days per week beginning next year, toughening a prior three-day mandate. The change is necessary to "invent, collaborate and be connected" wrote CEO Andy Jassy in a letter to employees on Monday (Sept 16) posted to its website.
